ARTIST STATEMENT: |
|
I am interested in the circuitous ways in which we invest in
images and signs. My recent sculptures combine the levity of
graphic cartoon imagery with the ossified deathliness of white
and grey plasterboard. The making and accumulation of the pieces
is a futile process of iteration and cancellation. |
